We see our customer success team as a part of our product team, and every customer interaction is tied to our product decisions. Every insight, request, and complaint is searchable to our product team.


A friendly experience

The majority of our early customers were actually our friends, and we've tried to maintain the same level of respect, care, and friendliness as we grow. We're doing our best to establish and scale a friend-worthy support experience.


Problems, solved

In a perfect world, our application would be bug-free, completely intuitive, and have everything you need... we're working on that! Until that day, our team is here to bring some empathy and creative thinking to any problem you have. We've created this help center so you can get answers immediately, and you can find ways to contact us via the help widget in the app.
