How to add collaborators/admins to Memberstack

You can now invite team members and clients to your Memberstack dashboard. 🎉

 

Admins can manage site settings and team permissions. There are no limits on the number of admins you can have.

 

Note: If you invite a client as an admin, they will not be able to see your entire payment info in the dashboard.

 

Any site admin is able to view, update, and edit the payment method on file. This means clients can pay for themselves, or you can manage billing for them.

 

To invite an admin:

  1. Navigate to Settings on your dashboard

  2. Select 'Team'

  3. Invite user

  4. Fill in the user's information and save

  5. Finished!

Note: If a new teammate doesn't already have an account, Memberstack will send them a welcome email with a signup button.
