Supported currencies

Select the currency you want to receive payments in.

When you first set up a site and before you publish any memberships, you can select which currency you want to accept payments in.

Note: You can only have one currency per project. In other words, Memberstack does not support multi-currency pricing plans. If you plan to launch in several countries, you'll need to select a single currency to charge customers. This is something we hope to improve in the future.

Change the currency of a new project

1. Sign up for a new account or head over to the All Websites page. 

2. Select a website builder.

3. Use the Select a currency dropdown to select the currency you need. Don't see your currency? Anyone can request a new currency in our community, and customers can request a new currency via the chat app.

Change the currency of an existing site

Head over to the Site Settings page and click on the Edit currency dropdown. If you don't see the currency you need, click Request a new currency.

After you publish a membership:

Send us a chat message with the following information. If possible, we'll change the currency for you manually.

1. Your site name as it appears in Memberstack

2. The currency you need

3. Your email address
